Acceptable Use Policy

Version 1.0 — Effective 3 October 2026

You must not use FlexiStarter, or allow another person to use it, to:

  • break the law, infringe another person’s rights, or facilitate unlawful discrimination or unlawful employment practices;
  • collect personal data that is irrelevant, excessive or unlawful for the onboarding purpose;
  • upload malware, malicious code, harmful files or content designed to disrupt systems;
  • probe, scan, test or circumvent security controls without our written permission;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to another Customer, account, candidate journey, document or system;
  • share credentials or access tokens in a way that defeats account security;
  • send spam, abusive communications, fraudulent offers or misleading candidate communications;
  • use the Service to harass, threaten, exploit or unlawfully monitor individuals;
  • reverse engineer or copy the Service except to the extent the law expressly permits and cannot be excluded;
  • use automated means to overload, scrape or extract the Service in a way that materially harms availability or security;
  • use the Service to create or distribute content that infringes intellectual property, confidentiality or privacy rights; or
  • misrepresent FlexiStarter as providing legal advice, government approval or guaranteed compliance.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, candidates, workers, third parties or our legal obligations. Where appropriate and safe, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy a remediable issue.
