Cookie & Storage Technologies Notice
Version 1.0 — Effective 3 October 2026
This notice explains how FLEXIWORK LTD uses cookies and similar storage/access technologies on FlexiStarter websites and applications. “Cookies” in this notice includes comparable technologies such as local storage, session storage, SDK storage and device identifiers where applicable.
1. Categories
Category | Purpose | Typical examples | Choice |
|---|---|---|---|
Strictly necessary | Provide requested service and security | Authentication/session, security, load balancing, fraud prevention, essential preferences | Used where necessary; consent is not required where a legal exemption applies. |
Functional | Remember optional preferences or improve functionality | Display or interface preferences, optional remembered settings | Used without consent only where a statutory low-risk exemption applies; otherwise choice/consent is requested. |
Analytics | Understand service usage and performance | Traffic and feature measurement, diagnostics beyond what is strictly necessary | Used only where permitted by law and, where required, after consent. |
Marketing | Advertising, attribution or cross-service marketing | Advertising identifiers, campaign tracking | Not activated without the required consent. |
2. Your choices
Where consent is required, non-essential technologies must not be activated before you make a clear choice. You can change or withdraw your choice through the cookie/settings controls made available on the relevant site or app. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
3. Current inventory
The exact cookie and storage inventory can change as security, hosting and product providers update their technology. The live consent/settings interface should identify non-essential technologies currently in use. FlexiStarter must not deploy a new non-essential analytics or marketing technology without updating the inventory and applying the required consent or exemption assessment.
4. Essential technologies
FlexiStarter may use essential session and security technologies to authenticate business users, maintain candidate access sessions, protect private areas, prevent abuse, maintain load balancing and remember a user’s requested session state. These are necessary to deliver the requested service or protect it and may not require consent where the law provides an exemption.
