Data Protection Complaints Procedure
Version 1.0 — Effective 3 October 2026
FLEXIWORK LTD is committed to handling data protection complaints clearly and fairly.
How to complain
Email joinflexiwork@gmail.com and explain what you believe has gone wrong. You do not need to quote legislation. Please provide enough information for us to identify the relevant account, interaction or data. We may ask for reasonable proof of identity or authority before disclosing personal information.
What we will do
- acknowledge receipt of a data protection complaint within 30 days;
- identify the issues raised and investigate them appropriately;
- keep you informed if the matter is complex or takes longer to resolve;
- explain the outcome and any action we have taken or propose to take; and
- keep an appropriate record of the complaint and outcome.
Employer-controlled candidate data
If your complaint is primarily about onboarding information controlled by an employer, we may explain that the employer is the relevant controller and direct or forward the issue appropriately. We will still address any part of the complaint that concerns FLEXIWORK LTD’s own obligations.
ICO
You have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. We encourage you to contact us first so we have an opportunity to address the issue, but this does not affect your right to approach the ICO.
