Material Sub-processors

This page identifies material third-party providers used by FLEXIWORK LTD to deliver FlexiStarter where those providers may process Customer Personal Data on our behalf.

Brevo | Transactional email delivery | Recipient name/email, message content and delivery metadata necessary to send invitations, access links and service communications | Used for service/transactional communications where configured. |
Conditional payment provider
If paid subscription billing is enabled, FLEXIWORK LTD may use Stripe or another payment provider to process payments. Card details should be collected directly by the payment provider where possible rather than stored by FlexiWork. The provider’s role and privacy information will be reflected in the Business User Privacy Notice and this list as required when billing is activated.
Changes
We may update this list when providers change. Customers with a legitimate data-protection concern about a material new sub-processor may contact joinflexiwork@gmail.com.
